Our Mission

Our mission at PG Calc is to support our thousands of clients with expertise and excellence in products and services for charitable gift planning and planned gift administration. We value every opportunity to respond readily and flexibly to our clients so that their individual program needs can be met. At the same time, we strive to create a personal relationship and to work in real partnership with every client for the benefit of his or her organization’s mission.

Who We Are

In 1985, Gary M. Pforzheimer founded PG Calc Incorporated in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with colleagues from Harvard College and the Harvard University Planned Giving Office. PG Calc’s early team and our first software offering, Planned Giving Manager, quickly earned PG Calc a reputation for excellence.

In our almost 25 years, PG Calc has enjoyed the addition of outstanding team members who bring invaluable experience from their prior work as fundraisers, gift planners, managers, trust officers, trust administrators, and attorneys in private practice.

Today, PG Calc partners with over 5,000 clients working at charitable organizations of every size and description in all 50 states. Our clients also include hundreds of consultants and for-profits organizations working in the charitable gift planning community.

Our expertise in the gift administration services are is second to none. We currently administer 90 pooled income funds and over 11,000 gift annuities for charitable and for-profit clients alike.
