Warren Bailey — Director of Product Development
Warren brings extensive software development and process design experience to PG Calc.  He has worked as a senior software engineer at Granitar and most recently as a software architect at Gryphon Networks. He currently manages our Product Development team. Warren earned his BA in music from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and his MS in Information Technology from Bentley College. Warren is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Winston K. Jones — Vice President
Winston has been with PG Calc as an employee and consultant since 1985. At PG Calc, he has managed the Software Development team and played a role on the firm’s Leadership Team. He currently provides tax and technical expertise to PG Calc software design and development. Prior to joining PG Calc full-time, Winston practiced law at Ropes and Gray, one of Boston's leading law firms, where he specialized in tax law. He graduated from Harvard College in 1984 and from the University of Michigan Law School in 1987.

Ellen Rakatansky — Senior Business Analyst
Ellen is our resident GiftWrap expert. She spent several years at SmartRoute Systems as the Director of Software and later the VP of Engineering. While at SmartRoute Systems she worked on the in-vehicle navigation systems now found in many new automobiles. She has a B.A. in Computer Science and Music from Tufts University and a M.M. in Flute Performance from Boston Conservatory.

Matthew Miller — Software Developer
Matthew Miller plays roles across the technical spectrum in MIS support and product development. Matthew brings 10 years of software development experience with firms including LifeTips, MerlinOne, and Financial Campus (formerly Educational Training Systems, Inc.). Matthew is well on his way to becoming a master brewer and baker, accomplishments to which his colleagues look forward. He holds a BA in English and a minor in Business and Writing from Valparaiso University in Indiana.
