LeRoy W. Tilt III (Dyke) — Vice President, Client Services
Dyke's first exposure to PG Calc was as a PG Calc customer using our Planned Giving Manager software while serving as Vice President for Development at the East End Memorial Foundation. He began his not-for-profit career in 1990 with the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation as Chapter Director for North Alabama. Prior to this, he spent twenty-three years with Eastern Air Lines in various customer service management positions. He received a BA in Business with a minor in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Nancy J. Cioto — Manager, Gift Administration Services
Nancy has been involved in planned giving since 1989, when she joined State Street Global Advisors’ Charitable Asset Management Department where she was employed for 26 years. Nancy provided administration and investment management for some of the country’s most prestigious planned giving programs. Her experience and expertise in administration of gift planning brings value-added management to our gift administration clients. In 2000, Nancy joined PG Calc as a Senior Client Services Representative. Nancy’s contributions and leadership have been invaluable to PG Calc’s expansion into gift administration services. She continues to provide training and telephone support for clients who use PG Calc’s software products. Nancy is a graduate of The New England School of Banking at Williams College.

Jeffrey B. Frye — Senior Client Services Relationship Manager
Jeffrey's primary responsibilities include telephone support, client training, and serving as a Relationship Manager in our Gift Administration Services area. Jeffrey previously worked at State Street Bank for 19 years, including 11 years in the Charitable Asset Management Department. His expertise in the administration and investment management of planned giving programs brings value-added support for our Gift Administration clients. He also has extensive experience with endowment funds and private foundations. Since joining PG Calc, Jeffrey has also served as a Product Manager and as a Senior Sales Representative. Jeffrey earned a B.A. in Economics at Harvard College and is a graduate of The New England School of Banking at Williams College.

Richard Mullaly — Client Services Relationship Manager
Richard Mullaly is an integral member of the Client Services team, specializing in our rapidly-expanding Gift Administration Services area. Rick's outstanding record of trust management experience and keen client focus are invaluable resources in his primary responsibility here at PG Calc as Relationship Manager. Rick brings more than 10 years of experience in charitable trust services from his years at U.S. Trust Company and State Street Bank here in Boston. He is a graduate of the New England College of Finance and is currently attending Bentley College.

Jennifer Wickham — Client Services Representative
Jennifer Wickham came to PG Calc's Client Services team with an extensive fundraising and planned giving background, most recently in the Office for Resource Development at Harvard Medical School. While a development officer at the Medical School, Jennifer gained invaluable experience working with every major fundraising constituency from donors and their advisors to fundraisers to trust officers at the Harvard Management Company. As a Client Services Representative at PG Calc, Jennifer's broad development experience and extensive knowledge of Planned Giving Manager make her a valued team member and an important contact for our thousands of Planned Giving Manager and GiftWrap clients.

Michael B. Heep — Client Services Representative
Michael joined PG Calc full-time in 2006.  His responsibilities in the Client Services department include handling the administration of group training sessions and Webinars and delivering software to new clients.  Michael developed his customer service skills in a music retail environment at HMV Records.  He earned a B.A. from Williams College, majoring in Geosciences and concentrating in Environmental Studies.  

Louise M. Sainato — Client Services Relationship Manager
Louise is an essential part of the Gift Administration Services Department. Her responsibilities include the processing of all planned gifts administered by PG Calc. She corresponds daily with our clients to facilitate the ongoing administrative process. Her knowledge of our gift administration software enables her to provide invaluable support to our clients. Louise joined PG Calc in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Client Services Department.

Maria M. Skillings — Gift Administration Specialist
Maria joined the Gift Administration team at PG Calc in 2007. Her responsibilities include the gift and payment processing of all planned gifts administered by PG Calc. Maria has over twenty years experience as a bank teller. Her customer service skills make her an asset to the team as she corresponds daily with our clients to facilitate ongoing administration duties.

Andrew A. Morrison — Gift Administration Specialist
Andrew joined PG Calc in 2008. His primary responsibilities include the processing of all planned gifts administered by PG Calc and providing telephone support to clients. Previously, Andrew worked with the Planned Gift Management Services Group at State Street Bank as well as the Scudder Trust Company. Andrew honed his customer service skills as a Donor Services Representative for the Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund where in 2005, he was made responsible for the training and evaluation of associates taking inbound service calls. Andrew earned a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Kim DeForest — Gift Administration Specialist
Kim joined PG Calc's Gift Administration team in 2008. Her responsibilities include the processing of planned gifts administered by PG Calc. In her 8 years of previous experience, Kim held positions of increasing responsibility in functional areas such as marketing, client service, and membership management. She brings unique and complementary skills that make her an excellent addition to our team. Kim received her degree from Middle Tennessee State University where she majored in Mass Communications with a concentration in public relations.
