Fees and Policies
Training fees
- The fee for our group training courses is $295 per day for the first person from an organization. For each additional person from the same organization attending the same session, the fee is $265 per day.
- The fee for our webinars is $95 per site.
- The fee for our Gift Annuity Seminar is $335 for the first person from an organization. For each additional person from the same organization attending the same session, the fee is $265 per day.
- If we rent a computer for you, there is an additional charge of $150 per day.
If you have previously attended Gift Planning or Gift Administration group training (introductory or advanced) you can retake the course again for only $180 per day. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for the reduced fee.
Cancellation policy
- We provide a registration deadline date for all group training sessions. A fee of $75 will be assessed for cancellations after the registration deadline. Once you send us a registration form for a group session and you receive our confirmation letter, you are considered registered.
- PG Calc will determine if the training session can be rescheduled and if so, we will advise trainees from the cancelled session of the new date and location. If you have to cancel your training reservation, PG Calc will make a full refund of your training fee.
Weather policy
- PG Calc training sessions are only cancelled if the Mayor or Governor in the city/state where training is scheduled has declared a state of emergency in the city where the training is to take place. If the training is cancelled an alert will be posted on this website, an email message will be sent to all registered trainees, and the PG Calc office will record a voicemail message at 888-474-2252.
Computer Requirements (For Group Training Sessions)
- You may bring a laptop to the session or attend without a computer*.
- We will project the computer image on a large screen at the front of the room. If you like, we can rent a computer for you.
- Windows computers must have a 386 or higher processor with at least 475K of available conventional memory.
*Rental computers are not required for Planned Giving by the Numbers, the Gift Annuity Seminar, or Webinars.
