Charitable Lead Trusts: Overview and Case Studies
Lead trusts offer wealthy individuals the opportunity to pass assets to their heirs at substantial tax savings while providing immediate benefits to one or more charities they care about.  What's more, the currently very low monthly IRS discount rate and depressed asset valuations make lead trusts especially appealing right now.

This Webinar will cover the basics of charitable lead trusts, including the characteristics of a typical lead trust prospect, how non-grantor and grantor lead annuity trusts and unitrusts operate, and the tax considerations of each.  The session will conclude with case studies to illustrate classic donor situations where a lead trust can be an excellent gift planning solution.
