Endowment Sub-Accounting Service
Multilevel sub-accounting is critical for organizations that want to combine gifts for investment purposes, but must maintain detailed records of individual gifts for accounting and donor reporting purposes.
As part of this service, PG Calc processes the transactions for a given period, unitizing new gifts in and withdrawals out of specific subaccounts, then adds or closes any accounts. We allocate interest and dividends, gains/losses, and fees, and compute distributable amounts on a per-sub-account basis. Finally, we produce summary statements each period and a detailed sub-account report annually.
