Fill in this form to make your reservation for migration from GiftWrap 3.6 to GiftWrap 4.0. Migrating from GiftWrap 3.6 on your local system to Web-based GiftWrap 4.0 hosted by PG Calc requires several steps and the following stakeholders are involved: your GiftWrap users, your technical team (database administrators, etc.) and PG Calc’s technical support team. Making a reservation allows us to coordinate these resources and minimize the downtime for your system at a time which is convenient for you.

Your Organization Login Name will be a permanent part of the login credentials for all users at your organization. This name cannot be changed once we begin the process. Select something short and easy to type that represents your organization name.
Examples: StateU, OurChurch, hospfdn, PGCALC

Selecting your Reservation Date:
You may email support@pgcalc.com or call Client Services at 888-474-2252 to reserve your migration date. You are encouraged to do so as soon as possible since PG Calc is phasing out GiftWrap 3.6. We are not planning any updates to GiftWrap 3.6 after June 30, 2011.

Your database will be converted within 3 business days of receiving your GiftWrap 3.6 database. Your data entry activities should be frozen during that period.  Please review GiftWrap 4.0 Migration Overview for more detail. Instructions for secure data transfer will be provided closer to your Reservation Date.
