Q: What’s the difference between standard and premier branding?
A: Standard branding includes your organizational branding for the newsletter and website log in page only. Premium branding includes your organizational branding for the newsletter, the website log in page, and the website.
Q: Is the CPC newsletter customizable?
A: Yes, the beginning section of the newsletter is totally customizable to include images, text, and links; anything you want your audience to know about your organization. The CPC website, however, is not customizable other than the branding.
Q: How does the pricing work if the org purchases 700, but only 300 sign up?
A: You are charged based on the number of users that signup. If you initially order 700 licenses and only 300 sign up you are billed for 300. You initially have to order in volume, but will be billed on what is used.
Q: How does the user access the site? Does the user have to log in every time?
A: The site is accessible from the newsletter links or from your organization’s site login page. The site uses cookies and will remember the users once they sign in assuming their computer session is still active.
Q: I want to know how often my subscribers are using this service. What kind of reporting is available? How do I know if I am getting my value’s worth?
A: Reporting on web activity, pages visited, and all the other standard web reporting is available via the CPC admin center. In addition you will be able to view your list of subscribers and will receive notification when there is a change of email address.
Q: Once the product has been purchased how long does it take to implement for delivery?
A: Setting this up is a partner proposition. It takes CPC just a few hours to set things up on their side. Your organization will have to do the same and depending upon the how quickly that happens will determine the length of time it takes to complete the setup. Cascading style sheets are used so that it is fairly easy for anyone in the web world to implement their customization as they see fit. Generally, it is completed within one week.
Q: Why am I purchasing this from PG Calc when I could buy this from CPC directly? What’s the benefit to me?
A: PG Calc and CPC have joined efforts because CPC’s content is something PG Calc’s clients have been asking for. This relationship allows PG Calc to offer the CPC product customized with your organization’s brand. By branding the CPC newsletter and site as “yours” it will strengthen the relationship with your professional advisors.
