Option 1
Add calculations to file.

• $500 for up to 500 records. 
• $0.25/record for each record over 500.

Option 2: Option 1 + assistance with  drafting and/or creating documents for mailing.

• Option 1 fees +  $175/hour for additional services.

Please note that additional fees will apply if data is delivered in a form outside the scope of our specifications, or if we need to provide more than modest assistance in assisting you in extracting the data from your database.  We can also create a Summary of Benefits Chart to send to each recipient.  Additionally, we can provide enhanced services in drafting the text for your solicitation letter and/or turning it into a merge document, and we are happy to do so.  We charge an additional $175/hour for the services described in Option 2.  We will provide an estimate of these extra charges for your approval before we start.
