BatchCalcs Service
- Complete the BatchCalcs Service Client Data Form (print or online form) to indicate the data you will supply in your file and the calculations you want added to it. Consult the BatchCalcs File Specifications sheet for complete file specifications.
- Send PG Calc the data file.
- PG Calc processes the file using one of two available options:
Option 1:
PG Calc returns the processed file, enhanced with the requested calculations. Typical turnaround time is 5 days, unless there are problems with the format or integrity of the data supplied in the BatchCalcs Service Client Data Form. Once we process your file and send it back, you are ready to merge the enhanced information into a letter or an email to send to your prospects. If a third party will be fulfilling your mailing, we are happy to send the processed file directly to the mailing house.
Option 2:
If you would like us to help you with drafting the text for your letter and/or turning it into a merge document, we are happy to do so. We can also create a Summary of Benefits Chart to send to each recipient. We charge an additional $175/hour for the services described in Option 2. We will provide an estimate of these extra charges for your approval before we start.
