Integrated Features in Planned Giving Manager and The Raiser’s Edge

Unveiled at the Blackbaud Conference

Attendees at the Blackbaud Conference on Philanthropy in October 2005 were the first to view new software integration features in PG Calc’s Planned Giving Manager (PGM) and Blackbaud’s The Raiser’s Edge® (RE).

The new features are designed to make the development officer’s job easier. Now, PGM and RE work together throughout the gift planning process, from initial planned gift proposal through completed gift.

Better gift planning process

Track PGM planned gift illustrations in donor constituent records within RE
Link PGM illustrations to RE proposals
Revise gift plans easily by launching PGM from the RE proposal tab and modifying the PGM illustration Store PGM presentations in RE as PGM input files, Word documents, or pdfs

Better data entry for completed gifts

Import PGM gift information to a new RE gift record quickly and accurately with RE’s New Gift wizard*
Store RE Fund IDs in PGM to facilitate export to RE

Better tracking and documentation of planned gifts

Complete documentation in PGM with gift annuity agreements, disclosure statements, and IRS Election statements
Save PGM documents in Word or PDF format and then attach to RE constituent and gift records
