The Client Services team provides assistance for PG Calc’s software clients.

  • Provides support for Planned Giving Manager (PGM), PGM Anywhere, and GiftCalcs, our web-based planned gift calculator
  • Assists with questions on how to use the software, gift planning concepts and understanding donor objectives in order to produce the appropriate illustrations
  • Support for GiftWrap and Bequest Manager includes use of the software and how to track and administer planned gifts in compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Provides assistance with Service Contract matters such as billing, name changes, adding and lapsing licenses, and providing software updates
  • Available 8:30am to 6:30pm ET, Monday – Friday, by phone and email

Gift Administration - 888-497-4990 8:00 – 5:00 ET

The Gift Administration team provides back office administration services for hundreds of charities.

  • Services include tracking and maintaining planned gift data, producing payments or EFTs, preparing 1099-R tax forms and files for CGA and K-1 tax letters for PIFs, and providing standard and compliance reports
  • Each Gift Administration Services client has a dedicated team of two handling their account, answering questions, and coordinating with the charity’s asset manager

Planned Giving Manager (PGM) and Gift Annuity Manager (GAM) License and Service FAQ

Q: Do we need a license for each user?
A: Yes, a license is required for each user. Each assigned user may load the software on a desktop and a laptop computer for his/her own use.
Q: Is the license transferable?
A: Yes, licenses may be reassigned to different users by contacting Client Services. Licenses may not be reassigned to a different organization.
Q: Do I need a separate license for PGM Anywhere?
A: No, each PGM license also includes PGM Anywhere, the web-based version, at no additional cost.
Q:  Where can I see the text of the License agreement?
A:  The PGM License is a click-thru and the text can be viewed any time in PGM by clicking Help on the Menu Bar, Index, typing “License” in the Keyword field. 
Q:  What is difference between the License fee and the Service Fee?
A:  The License fee is a one-time fee and the Service Fee is renewable annually.
Q:  What does my annual Service Fee include?
A:  Our guarantee to:
  • keep the software current with all tax, regulatory and related changes that affect planned gift calculations and Charitable Gift Annuity agreements
  • software updates
  • unlimited telephone and email support
  • complimentary Orientations

GiftWrap and Bequest Manager License and Service FAQ

Q: Do we need a license for each user?
A: No, GiftWrap and Bequest Manager licenses are concurrent. This means, for example, if your organization has two licenses, only two people can logon simultaneously but any number of individuals may have login credentials and can take turns using the software.
Q: Is the license transferable?
A: Yes, licenses may be reassigned to different users by contacting Client Services. Licenses may not be reassigned to a different organization.
Q:  Where can I see the text of the License agreement?
A:  The GiftWrap License is a click-thru agreement and the text can be viewed any time in GiftWrap or Bequest Manager by clicking Help on the Menu Bar, clicking Index, and typing “License” in the Keyword field.
