- You complete the BatchCalcs Service Client Data Form, which lets you indicate the data you will supply in your file and the calculations you want added to it.
- You send PG Calc the data file. Consult the BatchCalcs File Specifications sheet for complete file specifications.
- PG Calc processes the file:
Option 1: PG Calc returns the processed file, enhanced with the requested calculations. Typical turnaround time is 5 days, unless there are problems with the format or integrity of the data you supply to PG Calc. Once we process your file and send it back, you are ready to merge the enhanced information into a letter or an e-mail to send to your prospects.
Option 2: If you have arranged to have PG Calc fulfill your mailing, we will not return the processed file to you. Rather, we will use the file to generate the printed letters or e-mail messages you have requested.
