Quick Tip: YTD Payment Summary
How much have we paid to our beneficiaries so far this year? You probably either have been asked this question or have asked it yourself. There is an easy-to-produce report in GiftWrap that provides the answer in a few seconds.

The YTD Payment Summary report summarizes payment information for each income beneficiary included in the report. This report is designed to make it easy for you to review all of the payments made to each income beneficiary within any specified time period by grouping together all of the payments made to each beneficiary.

To run the report, select Payments – Payment Summary Reports from the Menu Bar, then select YTD Style Payment Summary and enter the check date range and other selection criteria relevant to the report. Click OK and you have your report!

PG Calc’s State Registration Services Make an Overwhelming Process “Simple and Straightforward”
Juan Ros, Director of Development, Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation, informs us that “I have used PG Calc’s gift annuity state registration services at two different organizations to launch national CGA programs, and I would use them again. They are exceedingly thorough in their work and knowledgeable about gift annuity regulations. Edie Matulka and her team are consummate professionals and they make what could be a difficult, overwhelming process simple and straightforward.”

There are currently 46 states that have enacted legislation pertaining to the issuance of gift annuities. The degree of regulation varies substantially. PG Calc is familiar with this complicated terrain and can help you chart the best course for your organization.

Among other offerings, PG Calc can review state regulations, outline a plan for registrations and notifications, provide a written summary of issues, prepare applications and notification letters, prepare state forms and prototype gift annuity agreements, and assist with inquiries and requests from state officials.
