Create Your Legacy Why Give? How You Can Give What You Can Give

boat

Greetings from MCPHS,

Peg Johnson With the arrival of the new academic year, and more than 7,000 students on our four campuses (now including the New England School of Acupuncture), summer’s lull will soon be replaced by the frenzied pace of autumn.

Our alma mater takes on a vigorous life of its own when students return to classrooms, laboratories, lecture halls, and libraries. Our students alone make it possible for us to actively fulfill an educational and community service mission grounded in nearly 200 years of distinguished history. While the scope of our operation has broadened considerably, the content of our curriculum has diversified dramatically and community service responsibilities have expanded substantially, we continue to embrace a cardinal core value: learner-centered teaching and individualized student engagement fosters intellectual vitality, critical thinking, and lifelong responsibility for learning and continuing professional development.

Our alumni endorse all of this with their financial support, their volunteer service, and their professional achievements. In the midst of the seemingly always growing hubbub that overspreads our campus communities every autumn, we will never fail to appreciate and recognize the central role that alumni play in helping us to not only meet our operational goals, but also exceed our commitment to student achievement.

Sincerely,
