Thank you for joining our October 2026 PGM Anywhere Online Orientation. I have attached a recording of the event, and also included a bit more information on the issue we encountered in the "Tools" option.

I found the distinction for why the two different Tools options ("Life Expectancy" + "Present Value" as opposed to "PV of Bequest") created different final values. The Present Value calculation on its own operates on the expectation that it will be valued on a specific date (determined by the "Life expectancy" tool), while the "PV of Bequest" option is weighted based on the present value and mortality risk of the life/lives calculated in any given year.
