Consultant- Client Regulatory Compliance

DEPARTMENT: Consulting

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Consulting

We are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent work ethic, and an interest in regulatory compliance work to join our Consulting team. Our clients are non-profits that issue annuity contracts subject to state regulatory requirements. The person filling this position will take on a portfolio of clients and will work in tandem with the Senior Consultant and Consulting Administrator handling state gift annuity annual regulatory filings. They will also support the Consultant who processes the initial gift annuity state registrations. The successful hire will be able to manage projects independently and consistently meet state-mandated filing deadlines arising throughout the year.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients throughout annual filing process (obtain information, have documents signed, confirm filings).
  • Prepare state-mandated report forms of varying complexity.
  • Submit filings to applicable state agencies (primarily email and on-line portals).
  • Provide support on initial gift annuity registrations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Cambridge office with flexibility to work some days remote and some days in-person in the office. Qualifications:

Gift Administration Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Gift Administration

REPORTS TO: Associate Director of Gift Administration

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent computer and communication skills, and an avid interest in supporting non-profit organizations and their missions to join our Gift Administration team. The ideal candidate will have experience with data entry in a business environment and a passion for supporting charitable organizations through back office administrative support and database management. The successful hire will be able to work both independently and with a team, be comfortable asking questions, consistently meet deadlines, and have the flexibility to rapidly take on new priorities in our dynamic workplace.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Maintain database by entering new and updated donor and nonprofit account information.
  • Learn PG Calc’s proprietary software.
  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling information and identifying data deficiencies.
  • Establish data entry priorities.
  • Enter data according to company standards and deadlines.
  • Work closely with Gift Administration Associates in meeting the expectations of our non-profit clients and institutions that serve them.

Gift Administration Associate

DEPARTMENT: Gift Administration

REPORTS TO: Associate Director of Gift Administration

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual with an aptitude for managing information and data while maintaining positive client relationships to join our Gift Administration team. This team manages the administrative activity for our clients to ensure that client data, beneficiary payments, and reports are processed accurately and timely. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills along with a passion for supporting non-profit organizations and their missions. Experience with customer service in a business environment and a passion for supporting charitable organizations through back office administrative support and database management is necessary. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and in teams, be comfortable asking questions, consistently meet deadlines, and have the flexibility to rapidly take on new priorities in our dynamic workplace.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Establish trusted relationships and have primary responsibility with an assigned group of Gift Administration clients, which include nonprofit organizations and financial institutions.
  • Form open channels of communication with each client, respond to their planned giving questions, guide them, gather necessary information, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain client records and ensure accurate, timely input of client data according to company standards and deadlines.
  • Produce reports and reconcile financial information.
  • Work closely with Gift Administration Assistants and Relationship Managers in meeting the expectations of our clients.
